Our approach is more customized; we analyse all aspects of your fitness and place strong focus on heart rate monitoring. Will I need equipment?No! We are creating Personal Training programs that are based on the resources you already have. Our Personal Trainers are experts in exercise, and can design creative programs that best use whichever equipment you may have available. Do not worry if you only have your shoes and the outdoors! Our Trainer will organize something that is fun and unique; they will make sure it works for you. Big cities such as Toronto have much to offer when it comes to ‘natural’ resources, and we can create indoor or outdoor programs that take advantage of this.............
How will I know correct form and posture for the exercises?We offer our Online Personal Training clients access to an extremely detailed exercise glossary. Posture, breathing, form, timing, and execution are all addressed. Each exercise is clearly described so that you feel confident when performing your exercise routine. Should you have any questions, we are always here for you. All you have to do is send us an email and we will do our best to respond within 1 day.................. How quickly will I see results?You personal program is exactly that – personal. As a result, your success timeline will depend on your individual fitness goals. Your trainer will develop a program that reflects your desires. So, if you have a specific date by which you hope to reach a particular goal the trainer will create a program that gets you there. Your health is of great importance to us. If we believe your goals are unrealistic and require unhealthy extremes (of exercise or dieting) in order to be achieved we will work with you to develop a plan that maintains your health while successfully progressing you towards your goals........................
